I love an eco-friendly range of baby clothes and am glad to see more and more sites popping up that offer organic children's clothes and accessories. One of my favourite new companies is

Green Nippers specialise in colourful organic baby clothes and accessories which are made from 100% organic cotton. The poppers and fasteners are nickel free - and the products are all ethically manufactured in Turkey under the Global Organic Textile Standard. What I really love about Green Nippers is products aren't all bland and beige like some organic ranges. The bright lively colours are dyed using natural and non-toxic dyes. The clothes are ideal for babies who suffer with eczema as organic cotton doesn't contain finishing chemicals or pesticide residues. Any mum who has lived with baby eczema knows how important it is to reduce the risk of flare-ups.
Green Nippers launched their debut collection back in December 2009, consisting of organic baby grows and matching accessories. The baby grows are even designed with extra room, to fit around cloth nappies, if you're feeling super eco. The new Junior Collection launched in August and includes smart and practical dresses, smock tops, t-shirts and leggings for girls. While for boys there is a wonderful range of tees, stylish trousers and cute dungarees.
